Our Services
Augment Corporate Finance Ltd (‘’us’’, ‘’we’’, ’’our’’) is a corporate brokerage service that helps businesses access finance from a range of lenders that are suitable for the business (‘’you’’, ‘’your’’) requirements (based on the information you disclose to us). We will ask questions to help us identify the selection of products/funding solution and we will then provide you with information about the lenders and the finance product or solution to help you make your own choice about how to proceed.
For the avoidance of doubt, Augment Corporate Finance Ltd, is not a lender, we are an independent broker, and the purpose of our service is to introduce you to suitable business lenders. In addition, we offer business strategy advise on a project, consultancy, or NED basis.
Our charges:
We will generally not charge you any fee for brokerage service as we will receive payment directly from the lender(S) based on successful provision of finance.
We will charge for business strategy advise as an independent service to that of our brokerage service. All charges for this service will be agreed between the parties based on activity required.
Data Protection:
We will need to gather information on your business and your personal circumstances from you for us to provide our services to you. The information you provide to us will be subject to the Data Protection Act 1998. As amended or replaced by the Data Protection Act 2018. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
We and any company associated with us will treat all personal data and sensitive personal data as confidential and will not process it other than for a illegitimate purpose.
